Returns

According to the Consumer Law, you may terminate the sales contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating the reasons.

We offer a free return and will issue a full refund via bank transfer or issuing a voucher.

We will only accept returns of products that have not been used, assembled or installed.

Steps for refunds or exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

• The article must be in the original packaging.

• You should take pictures of the article and describe the state it is in and send it to info@carreira-design.com with the refund or exchange request.

 

• You must wait for the return instructions, you will be given the option of delivering the item at a collection point or by collecting it directly from your address.
