For customized products, we do our best to meet the customer's expectations. In order for this to happen, there are several steps in the budgeting process:
- You can contact us by email: info@carreira-design.com, with the specifications, the measurements, the project and/or inspiration.
- If you do not have a drawing or project with measurements, you can provide us with the general measurements and a photo of inspiration from one of our previous works or a photo from the internet that you liked.

- If you need installation and delivery, you should mention this need, namely, the delivery address and in the case of installation, what type of material your walls, ceiling, and floor are made of, if you have underfloor heating, all these elements are important in the budgeting process and in the feasibility analysis of the project.
- We will provide a budget according to your specifications, needs, project or inspiration photo provided.
- Once the budget is accepted, a design service of your piece is included before production, which is done within 7 to 10 business days after the budget award*.
- If you want a drawing of the piece before accepting the budget, a design service fee will be requested, charged by the hour (20€/hour). If you later accept the budget, this amount will be deducted from the total amount to be paid
- The manufacturing process starts as soon as the drawing has been approved, namely the order of the necessary materials and manufacturing of the piece. As soon as the metal structure is completed, we send photos for your update.
- The estimated delivery time for more complex pieces or larger scale orders is 10 to 12 weeks. For smaller and lower quantity orders, the estimated delivery time is between 4 to 6 weeks.
*The budget award requires payment of 50% of the total value of your order. The remaining amount may be requested in phases, namely 40% before delivery and the remaining 10% after delivery, or the remaining 50% after delivery.
